Such a variety of work out options. I used to take Martial arts here, and I came back to the same family atmosphere and even tried out a jazzercise class, which was great (and definitely a workout, everything hurt the next day)

Killearn Lakes TKD is Taekwondo and so much more. I signed up to take yoga on their "21 days for 21 dollars" promotion. I enjoyed the classes and instructors so much that I bought a class pass and got a lot out of yoga, which I really enjoy. I then signed up for Jazzercize, which is a fun an intense dance-themed workout. Betty is my favorite Jazzercise instructor, and she was so accommodating with express classes when there was inclement weather. I also did Unconventional Fitness, which I really enjoyed. It is very intense, but it's only 30 minutes and the change in activity every 30 seconds kept it interesting. This is a great place to get your fitness on!
