We offer classes five days a week (Monday - Thursday and Saturday)
with special seminars occasionally available on Friday.
Classes are based upon skill/belt level and age.


Tiger CubsTiger Cubs are for students ages 4 and 5 years old. Classes are 30 minutes long and cover much more than TaeKwonDo skills! Life lessons, focus, self-control, our tenets and fun are part of every class.

3juniorsJunior (6-10 yrs) White and Yellow Belts, for ages 6 through 10, learn the basics of TaeKwonDo in their own classes. Classes are 45 minutes long. Forms, one-steps, escape skills, the tenets, confidence and fitness are in every class, not to mention fun!

Green and Blue Belt JuniorsJunior (6-10 yrs) Green and Blue Belts Forms become more complex, drills and techniques become more challenging as progression is made, and sparring becomes a classroom and testing requirement. Level 3 green and blue belts must now break boards at testing and all students are also required to perform focus pad drills. Safety always comes first!

Advanced JuniorsJunior (6-10 yrs) Brown, Red & Black Belts The most complex forms in Tiger Rock Martial Arts begin now, drills and techniques involving more jumps and spins are introduced, sparring intensity increases and for red and black belts, board breaking is now required at every level for testing. Again, safety always comes first!

Young Adult White through Yellow BeltsAdult and Young Adult White and Yellow Belt All beginning students from 11 years old and uplearn the basics of TaeKwonDo in this beginner class. Classes are 45 minutes long. Forms, one-steps, escape skills, the tenets, confidence and fitness are in every class!

Young Adult Green through Black BeltsYoung Adults - Green through Black Belts This class is designed specifically for young adults, 11 through 14 years of ago that are of sparring rank. This class is so that young adults of similar age and skills can take class in a social setting they will want to come to over and over again. Lower ranks will be pushed hard by the higher ranks and they will learn drills and techniques involving more jumps and spins. Sparring intensity can be increased based on size and experience so that students are challenged but in a safe method!

AdultsAdults The adult classes are designed for students 15 years old and up and are more intense workouts than the junior classes. Adult classes consist of all ranks together which allows beginners to benefit from experienced martial arts students in the class. Saturday allows you the opportunity to take class WITH YOUR CHILD in their class. The Saturday classes are grouped by rank except the 12:00-12:50 class which is adults only.

XtremeXtreme Class Xtreme TaeKwonDo combines "tricking" or gymnastics moves with traditional martial arts. The acrobatic moves such as cartwheels, butterfly kicks, double legs, splits, K-kicks and 540 kicks are an integral part of this art. Open hand and weapons choreography will also be taught in this program. The goal is to command the attention of the audience with a high-intensity performance.

       ** Black Belts - Once you achieve the rank of black belt, you are welcome to attend a special two-hour BLACK BELT ONLY workout on Sundays from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. This is an intense workout!!! If you are interested in attending, please e-mail Mr. Marky to be added to the mailing list as this special class does not meet every week. We take breaks after testing and some holidays.
